You will lead a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects ranging from early planning and Class EA studies through detailed design and construction, while strengthening Egis’s reputation as a trusted partner to Ontario municipalities.
You will be accountable for practice leadership, people development, project delivery, and financial performance, while maintaining hands‑on involvement in complex and high‑profile assignments. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing complete streets, multimodal corridors, and community‑focused municipal infrastructure across the province.
You will oversee and inspire multidisciplinary teams primarily based in Ottawa and the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, supporting the delivery of projects that enhance safety, accessibility, and everyday mobility for communities.
