The Vice President of Property Management is responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of RiseBoro’s property portfolio, ensuring RB-managed properties exceed performance standards in health, safety, maintenance, energy efficiency, and profitability. This role manages a growing portfolio of 2,200 units, with plans for significant expansion over the next five years, and develops a high-performing team to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery. The Vice President of Property Management will play a critical role in driving RiseBoro’s mission and growth by ensuring that properties are well-managed, compliant, and financially sustainable.
