Vice President - Reinsurance Actuary – Actuarial Analytics team, Dubai, UAE

Overview

This role supports clients across the IMEA region, delivering insight-led analytics that shape reinsurance strategy and commercial outcomes. You will design practical, analytically robust reinsurance solutions that support portfolio performance and business growth.

What you will do
  • Partner closely with reinsurance brokers to support portfolio strategy, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
  • Perform technical assessments across general insurance portfolios, including pricing adequacy, volatility analysis, retention optimization, and reinsurance structuring.
  • Develop, validate, and interpret analytical outputs using sound actuarial judgment and first-principles thinking.
  • Build and review loss projections, stress scenarios, and portfolio performance metrics to support reinsurance decision-making.
