Job Description

Vice President of Sales Calgary Branch

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets in the mid‑market and corporate sectors, ensuring sustainable growth and a winning culture.

Drive a high‑performance prospecting and acquisition strategy, fostering a collaborative, competitive, and accountable team environment.

Collaborate with the Branch VP, Practice Directors and Services teams to align sales efforts with key solution offerings, maximizing project services utilization and client value.

Oversee accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting in CRM, leveraging analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
