The Opportunity
Are you an expert at navigating complex distribution ecosystems and driving profitable market expansion? As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President, Sales & Distribution, is the architect of our overall distribution strategy. You will lead the transformation of a multi‑channel environment, accelerating digital capabilities and brand presence while strengthening agency and broker partnerships.
In this senior executive role, you are accountable for the cohesive performance of Agency Operations, Broker Distribution, Digital Development, and Marketing. By working closely with underwriting, product, and technology leaders, you will deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and partners across Alberta.
