Opportunity
Meridian, a leading credit union, is looking for a VP, Wealth to lead the continued evolution and expansion of our Wealth business. You will drive growth of Wealth sales and assets under management by scaling advice, deepening member relationships, and building a future‑ready team that leverages AI, member insights and referral‑driven commercialization across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end P&L accountability for the Wealth line of business driving revenue and AUM growth, strengthening profitability, and increasing market share.
- Set and execute a multi‑year Wealth strategy to improve sales performance and advisor productivity, re‑imagine virtual and “human‑in‑the‑loop” financial planning and advice, and increase member share of wallet, virtual delivery, insurance, and intergenerational wealth.
