We are looking for a Direct Response Video Creator who can work closely with our media buying team to produce high-performing video creatives that hit CPL and CAC targets.
What You’ll Do
+ Create high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
+ Turn winning angles into multiple creative variations quickly
+ Develop hooks, scripts, and concepts designed to stop scroll and drive action
+ Collaborate directly with media buyers to iterate based on performance data
+ Analyze ad performance (CTR, hook rate, retention, CPA) and refine creatives accordingly
