About The Role:
We are looking for someone who understands the art of editing — who thinks in story, feels the rhythm of a scene, and knows that the real work happens in the cut. The company produces original YouTube series and a Podcast, alongside major event films and leadership content. If you have strong visual instincts and a genuine passion for visual storytelling, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form Podcast and YouTube episodes across multiple original series with a consistent weekly output
- Produce high-quality event highlight films for company conventions, gala nights, and major programmes — requiring strong cinematic storytelling, not just recap reels
- Edit leadership and executive interview content, bringing personality and depth to talking-head formats through pacing, music, and visual choices
