Position overview / Statement of Work
provide field installation and troubleshooting support for City-deployed residential video doorbell cameras. Perform site readiness checks, install and configure devices (including wired installs for ADA residents as directed), verify connectivity, deliver basic resident onboarding, and document each completion per City checklist and project procedures.
