Job Description
Salary: ₱20,000+ (Negotiable based on skill & experience)
- Capture clean, well‑framed videos for brand and client shoots
- Set up basic lighting and audio for different locations
- Work closely with the creative team during shoots
- Take BTS and social clips when needed
- Coordinate with the Production Assistant for gear, schedule, and locations
- You handle a camera confidently in different environments
- You understand angles, composition, and movement
- You are punctual, reliable, and comfortable on fast‑paced shoot days
- You can follow creative direction and also suggest better shots
- You communicate clearly with the team and clients on set
- Full‑time availability (team meetings are NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
- Owns or is familiar with DSLR/mirrorless camera setups
- Comfortable working with structured systems and shoot schedules
- Willing to go the extra mile when needed
