Amundi IT department is responsible for Business application and user support, providing user training on global systems, and also participating in business application rollouts and projects.

  • User Support: Provide first-line support to business users for Amundi Local applications and ALTO, Amundi portfolio management system. Address user inquiries using JIRA (ticketing system) and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions to users.
  • User Guidance and issue resolution: Guide users in understanding application functionalities and resolving issues they encounter while using the systems. Analyze user-reported problems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Incident Management: As a team, actively monitor and manage incidents related to the ALTO Platform, demonstrating immediate availability during working hours to acknowledge and address urgent issues. The candidate should develop the a...
