Frank Consult is seeking a hands-on Farm Manager for a well-established wine farm outside Stellenbosch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing farm workers, and operating machinery. Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong people management skills.

Along with technical agriculture skills, candidates must be willing to work closely with the farm team in a practical setting. Accommodation is provided on the farm for the selected candidate.
