About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with VIP customers, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Monitor customer activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus progression.
- Proactively communicate account updates, promotions, and relevant opportunities.
- Assist VIP clients with payment-related issues and account inquiries.
