The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience handling VIP travelers, including CEOs and other executives, with robust knowledge in GDS for ticketing, reissues, refunds, and bookings. Excellent customer service skills and strong communication are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage challenging conversations effectively.
