As an Appointment Setter , you’ll be the first warm voice our clients hear. You’ll listen to their story, understand their motivations, and guide them toward booking a consultation with our wedding experts. This isn’t just scheduling — it’s about creating connection, trust, and excitement for one of the most meaningful days of someone’s life.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, ensuring each couple receives quick, personalized responses (we aim to reply within one minute on our chat tools).
