Job Description
The M365 Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and support of Microsoft 365 services across multi-client environments. This role ensures availability, security, compliance, performance, and seamless user experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure Active Directory, and security/compliance workloads.
The engineer collaborates closely with End User Services, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams to maintain a stable and secure M365 environment, drive modernization initiatives, and strengthen identity, device, and collaboration capabilities.
This position requires strong technical expertise, the ability to manage complex enterprise environments, and consistent, high-quality communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
