Profile Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as an EA, VA or operations coordinator, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Prior experience in funds management, financial services, wealth management or professional services is highly regarded.
- Hands-on experience with monday.com (or comparable CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and a willingness to take ownership of the platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication – polished, concise and appropriate for an investor audience.
