- Respond to chats, inbound calls and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification.
- Respond to emails, manage voicemail, and provide administrative support that includes data entry, record management, and time‑keeping.
- Obtain medical history by navigating through different Electronic Medical Records Systems.
- Enter patient information using EHR.
- Maintain database records.
- Collect payment for cash pay, copay, and deductibles.
- Strictly adhere to and comply with HIPAA policy.
Salary
30,000-50,000 PHP/month
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in medical related fields, but not required).
