Job Description
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
- At least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role
- With in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
- SHS (K12) or HS grad (old curriculum), undergraduate, college graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to work on site - PASIG CITY
