Job Summary
The position is responsible for managing client portfolio of accounts by bringing in new opportunities. Dealing end to end negotiations with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Deposit Products i.e. CASA, Remittances for both Existing to Bank (ETB) and New to Bank (NTB).
- Focusing on Cross-sell opportunities i.e., Digital adoption (S2B), Employee banking referrals, Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) to affluent referrals etc.
- Focus on implementation of Standard Chartered BankWay for developing client relationships.
- Complete understanding of Scorecard for both Financial and Non-Financial Aspects
- Meet Business objectives by delivering Month on Month sales budgets and ensuring to deliver as per assigned scorecard.
- Focus on Straight through processing for better customer experience and reducing Turnaround time.
