Mass General Brigham's Home Hospital Virtual Command Center is growing. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with at least 3 years of Emergency Department experience who are ready to transition from traditional bedside care into an innovative virtual care model.
As a Virtual Registered Nurse (VRN), you'll act as the call light for our Home Hospital patients-providing real-time clinical support, triage, and care coordination from our centralized command center. This role offers the pace, critical thinking, and clinical complexity of acute care, without the physical demands of direct patient-facing care.
