Job Description
Responsible for overseeing visa transactions, assisting staff and FIT clients, and ensuring smooth operations of the Visa and Documentation Department.
Key Duties
- Lead the team and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Monitor emails and address client/staff concerns promptly.
- Manage schedules and ensure morning briefing coverage.
- Finalize team requests and assist with credit card payments.
- Handle VIP, FIT, and leisure visa applications.
- Act as back-up Visa Specialist when needed.
- Oversee authorization letters and performance appraisals.
- Recommend training and attend required meetings/events.
- Manage admin tasks and uphold company policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
