- Execute Trade Marketing activities for improving brand visibility and presence in the market.
- Responsible for the execution and maintenance of all General Trading Corporate displays at the 1st priority placement.
- Ensure category displays as per the given guidelines in the GT channel.
- Ensure frontal displays to increase sachet visibility.
- Monitor stock replenishment, display, product placements and promotional product placements.
- Monitor and upload the team itinerary in the system in terms of store visits.
- Relationship building with the customers
- Daily competition monitoring and Reporting
- Effective utilisation of POSM (Point of Sales Material) in the market and keep the end-to-end monitoring and tracking of POSM.
- Daily Performance measurement of Merchandisers in order to monitor the daily KPI achievement.
- Team training and development.
