Vision Lab Manager
Hero Practice Services in Colorado Springs, CO, is currently seeking a Vision Lab Manager to oversee all aspects of the lab, including personnel management, inventory control, vendor relations, and overall operations. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
Pay range: $63K-$70K/yr
Job Responsibilities
- Build a community within the lab that fosters teammate satisfaction and retention by continually mentoring and coaching teammates, maintaining a positive and professional attitude with teammates, and participating in the review process for all staff members
- Ensure lab is performing on key growth drivers, including quality, lead time, staffing, and referrals
- Manage employee files, oversee timesheets, submit payroll, and supervise lab teammates
