We are based on Atherton Street in Manchester City Centre and we're looking for a new Visitor Experience Manager to welcome our staff and clients. The role is on-site Monday - Friday and will involve front of house duties combined with a variety of business and event support.
Your opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and detail-orientated Visitor Experience Manager to undertake a wide array of business support activities including:
- Office access and security
- Reception duties and liaising building management/suppliers
- Welcoming guests and providing refreshments
- Office stock provision and organising weekly online deliveries
- Event support including management of catering
- Finance administration including travel and accommodation support
- Management of cleaning contract
