Job Description

Vistronic QUA Manager

The Vistronic QUA Manager leads quality initiatives within Valeo’s Martos plant, ensuring compliance with product and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Quality physical indicators on the site.
  • Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan in line with guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation / Product Line, Product Group, Division & Group, promoting the Quality Culture.
  • Represent the customer within Valeo on Quality matters (communication / escalation).
  • Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily in the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC.
  • Manage quick responses for incidents (0km & warranty) internally and with Customer, and support the analysis of incidents.
  • Lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (detection, communication, negotiation, warranty invoice approval, etc.).
