Job Description
We are looking for an immediately available full-time Visual Content Account Coordinator with experience in photography for the next 4 months (with the possibility of extending the contract after this time). We’re looking for someone who can help us analyse and assess photo galleries and communicate with campsites to help them improve the images on our platform.
About the role
+ Review campsite photo galleries in line with our guidelines, identifying opportunities to improve image quality and coverage
+ Communicate with campsite managers to explain which images are required and why, and support them with enquiries related to photo requirements and uploads
+ Proactively contact and regularly follow up with campsite owners by phone and email to support and chase the upload of good-quality required images until listings meet our photography guidelines
+ Maintain accurate campsite account records
