Main Purpose To provide leadership to the visual merchandise team that ensures a world-class shopping experience by creating and implementing impactful visual displays in line with directives to maximize sales for the allocated department. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement visual marketing material to ensure the effective launch of promotions and special events in the allocated area in conjunction with the commercial departments. Communicate marketing material for promotions to department staff. Create visual displays in line with the visual manual, in-store booklet, and beautiful VM booklets to maximize sales. Monitor current customer profiles and observe customers to influence visual displays and provide feedback on changes or trends in the allocated area.
