Job Description

A leading HR Solutions Company is looking for a Voice Architect specializing in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) to design and optimize enterprise-grade voice solutions. This role involves leading the architecture of voicebots and IVR systems to enhance customer experience. Candidates should have strong expertise in CCAI, experience with cloud-based integrations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The position is based onsite in Taguig, and offers a competitive salary range of PHP 120,000 to PHP 150,000.
