About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee the delivery of void property refurbishment and turnaround works within a social housing environment across the Welwyn & Hatfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in housing maintenance, voids, or property refurbishment to join a busy team on an initial 16‑week temporary contract, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You will play a key role in ensuring vacant properties are brought back to lettable standard efficiently, safely, and within agreed timescales.
