What you will do
- Confirm volumetric movements (eg. deliveries, receipts, write on / offs, rebrands, etc) and prepare volumetric reports as needed- Reconcile assigned inventories per location and review and action open items monthly
- Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Work with traders and schedulers to understand business scenarios
- Ensure work processes under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements
- For Manufacturing, perform Plant Mass Balance activities, ensure proper recording for net deliveries, consumption & production and oil loss variations. Work with operations to investigate Oil Loss variances above tolerance
- Participate in training sessions
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics (or within 4 months of graduation).
