JOB SUMMARY
The Recreation Youth Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of youth and adult sports programs. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and supervising participants to promote skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe and inclusive environment.
