Job Description . Manages and co-ordinates Tzu Chi activities by leading, empowering and development the volunteers in scoping, planning, administration, execution, reporting and improvement of the routine planned and ad-hoc activities. . Manages the expectations of all different stake holders in organising Tzu Chi activities . Apply project management skills, analytical skills and targeted work objectives improvement tools when organising activities, ie OKR, data analytics, PDCA (plan-do-check-act) etc. Major, routine and ad hoc activities .
