Job Description
Help transport children, families, staff and essential items safely between hospice sites and other locations using hospice vehicles.
Key activities:
- Transport children, young people, or family members to and from the hospice, home, or other locations (e.g. hospital appointments) using hospice vehicles.
- Occasionally transport EACH staff or essential items between hospice sites and other locations.
- Follow a monthly driver rota, with options to commit to regular days or join the ad-hoc driver pool.
Personal qualities/attributes/knowledge:
- Aged 21+ with a full, clean driving license.
- Friendly, welcoming, flexible, committed and reliable.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Comfortable working within boundaries and using own initiative.
