Job Description
The successful candidate will complete a one-year assignment as Project Manager to lead development and implementation of the Volunteers Supporting Aging in Place initiative. Following this term, the role continues as Executive Assistant / Office Manager (EA/OM), a core position providing governance, administrative, and operational support to the CAO, Mayor, and Council.
Project Manager Duties (1-Year Term)
- Develop and implement program infrastructure for a volunteer-based system supporting vulnerable populations, including policies, procedures, training, role descriptions, and documentation.
- Establish and manage a volunteer system using Better Impact software for coordination, tracking, and reporting.
