Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the dealership network on request related to the expediting of service parts orders. Agents will work primarily in Stellantis systems, including a case management tool, parts catalog, parts inventory management, supply chain tools etc.
Request to be handled include among others:
- Upgrade order status
- Place request on dealer behalf
- Dealer to dealer sale
Required background & skills:
- Ability to relate with dealer
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of automotive processes & parts
- PC literate
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-3 years automotive technical background with working experience in automotive dealership operations or similar operation is preferred.
