Position Summary
Deliver a secure, scalable, and compliant Loan Origination platform that drives digital lending transformation in a highly regulated banking environment. Shape credit workflows, onboarding, and lending automation while leveraging AI technologies. Influence architecture and engineering standards at scale, build a high‑performing regional squad, and collaborate closely with business, credit risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with MAS TRM and secure engineering practices.
Responsibilities- Lead a regional squad of 12–20 engineers, coaching and mentoring while driving end‑to‑end delivery of Loan Origination solutions, including compliance screening, credit assessment, workflow orchestration, and document management.
