Job Description
The VP Finance and Internal processes team and candidate reimbursements, sets up the budget, and plans memorable socials for the team.
Time Commitment
- Low: ~1-2 hours per week
- High: ~5 hours per week
Main Responsibilities
- Attend regular meetings and all election-related events.
- Organize meetings in coordination with the Co-Chairpersons and Vice Chairperson.
- Plan team socials for the CUS Elections Committee.
- Take effective meeting minutes during team meetings and distribute them to members within 24 hours.
- Assist at the promotional and polling booths.
- Collaborating with the Co-Chairpersons, create, oversee, and maintain the Committee’s budget.
- Handle and process all candidate and Committee member reimbursements.
- Complete financial projections and cost analysis projects.
- Remain up-to-date about CUS financial procedures.
