Job Description
Position Title: Vice President, Financial Operations
Reports directly to the Head of Treasury & Accounting, with executive oversight from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid, determined by candidate location and business needs on a case‑by‑case basis.
General Purpose: Responsible for leading the Payment Operations function and overseeing transaction processing for a global CFD brokerage and cryptocurrency exchange.
Specific Objectives (12 months)- Use defined KPIs to manage timely and accurate payment processing across all supported products, markets, and jurisdictions.
- Improve payment success rates and reduce payment‑related churn through strategic payment initiatives, optimized payment offerings, and improved transaction routing.
- Maintain payment infrastructure and Payment Service Provider (PSP) availability to achieve 99.9% uptime by jurisdiction.
