Job Description
Main Objective of Role
To maximize fleet value by optimizing Cost per Available Seat Kilometer (CASK), aircraft utilization, operational introduction and lifecycle performance across all operated fleets 737 and 787 by managing key fleet cost drivers such as modification programs, BFE agreements, maintenance contracts, and utilization efficiency through structured SLA and KPI analysis. The role ensures effective governance of contractual performance guarantees and deliverables across operational agreements, while leading operational project execution with strong cost control, disciplined oversight, operational performance and delivery within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Establishes processes for analyzing CASK at an aircraft level across all fleets, establishing a baseline cost per fleet.
