Job Description
As VP GTM, you will define and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive new business, orchestrate multi‑channel pipeline generation, and set the commercial operating cadence for the firm. This is a senior commercial leadership role for a builder and hunter, someone who can own Visium’s revenue engine end‑to‑end. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, and will have the opportunity to shape how Visium scales over the next phase of growth.
- Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in a services, consultancy, or technology environment.
- Strong commercial hunter instinct — comfortable with cold outreach, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees
- Technical foundation: MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent — ability to hold technical conversations with credibility
