Serves as Vice President, Hospital Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer for Summa Health Akron Campus and Summa Barberton hospitals with operational oversight for clinical operations across the hospital. Provides oversight of Respiratory Services and collaborates with physician and administrative leaders to support care delivery. Serves as a member of the hospital leadership team and contributes to strategic planning and operational excellence. Creates a vision and strategic plan to elevate nursing professional practice.
