Job Description
The VP, Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
- Provide legal support to business units with respect to mergers & acquisitions, structured notes and other structured cash and derivatives products and Fixed Income business lines concerning transactional and regulatory matters, as well as other general legal matters
- Analyze merger and acquisition related materials, including asset purchase agreements, NDAs and commitment letters
- Advise on deal-contingent hedges and related swaps
- Review a variety credit agreements and other transaction documents concerning project financing transactions
