Job Description

Overview

We have a product team that built an e-commerce platform, quoting tools, a tracking portal, vendor API integrations, and internal systems on Odoo. The team needs a technical leader to architect what comes next, make hard platform decisions, and ship fast.

Responsibilities

  • Platform decision: evaluate, decide, and execute migration from BigCommerce B2B + SparkLayer to Magento/Adobe Commerce.
  • Distributor API integrations: build architecture for real‑time integral inventory visibility using direct APIs, N8N/AI agent workflows, email parsing, and bi‑weekly price scraping.
  • Quoting and buying experience: design product that meets customers where they work (Ariba/Coupa punch‑out catalogs, email‑to‑order parsing, etc.).
  • Internal technology backbone: own internal tooling that makes operations, sales, and finance trust live inventory and quoting data.
