VP of Technology

We are looking for a senior technology leader to scale and expand our financial technology platform as the company expands across markets, products, partners, and regions.

This role is suited for someone who can operate both strategically and hands‑on when needed, but whose main strength is building systems, teams, ownership models, and engineering discipline that do not depend on a single individual.

• Own technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, and platform operations.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, observability, and incident readiness across critical systems.
• Support the company’s cybersecurity posture across ISIEM, SOC, DLP, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, penetration testing, threat modelling, monitoring, incident response, and security awareness.
• Lead the practical adoption of Agentic AI across engineering and technology operations.
