Job Description

Vice President Operations

Our client is a busy, well established CPG manufacturing company. This is a part of the SLT and will report to the CEO as a VP Operations and Supply Chain in the Vancouver area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction for all production planning, scheduling, and commercialization processes to achieve optimal efficiency and margin performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (CFIA and related).
  • Direct long-term strategies for equipment lifecycle management, facility investment, and process optimization.
  • Govern quality assurance systems
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimize cost, agility, and service performance.
