Work in close collaboration with IT & business project teams to improve the architecture and security design of legacy application. Provide application architecture guidelines, patterns, and best practices for architecting banking internal and customer-facing applications. Play the technical lead role to drive the detail technical design, development and deployment, operation of new applications. Provide guidance to developers and engineers on complex implementation and coding issues. Establish and maintain the technology governance framework, drive IT policies, standards, and guideline adoption. Effectively collaborate with different stakeholders in the organization to drive & support the digital transformation.
