Responsibilities
Partner with the Project Manager / Program Lead to support the end-to-end delivery of Loans and Lending-related technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards through to project closure.Support the preparation of project artefacts including project charters, scope documents, risk assessments, budgets, and IT value assessments (e.g., ROI, IRR).Engage business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for project initiatives; translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.Supervise, guide, and review deliverables from vendor / external Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with internal standards, architecture, and regulatory requirements.Provide functional oversight and direction to vendor BA workstreams, including requirements documen...
