To support their businessthey are now looking for VP/SVPInvestment Banking to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the IPO and other investment transactions.
  • Providing a full range of financial advice for IPO.
  • Managing a team to execute the transactions, including conducting due diligence, managing filing and application processes with the SEC and SET, and reviewing share purchase agreements, etc.
  • Developing the project timeline and managing projects to meet the timeline.
  • Developing relationships with both new and existing clients.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in MBA or Master's in Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Investment Banking with IPO projects.
