Responsibilities
- Define and lead KnowBe4's global Talent Management strategy, integrating L&D, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting, review cycles, and calibration processes.
- Design and execute global hi-potential identification and succession planning programs for critical leadership roles.
- Build career development frameworks, including competency models and internal mobility programs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of all manager and employee development programs, from onboarding to leadership development.
- Optimize talent technology platforms, driving full integration with Workday to create a seamless talent experience.
- Champion the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation within talent workflows, such as AI‑driven learning recommendations and skills gap analysis.
